Since July 8, 2026, importers of CPSC-regulated products must eFile certificate
data with U.S. Customs in ACE — with no de minimis exemption. The filing itself
takes seconds. Assembling the certificate data from your factory lab reports is the part
that eats your week. That is the part we do.
You send your lab test reports (PDF is fine) and basic product details — model, SKU or GTIN, manufacturer, production dates.
We do the data work: rule check against CPSC's lists, a complete CPC draft with every element required by 16 CFR 1110.11, your Product Registry bulk-upload CSV in CPSC's official Template V3 format, and a broker-ready sheet.
You review, certify and upload. Your certificate goes into your own Product Registry account; your broker files the three Registry IDs in ACE at entry. We never ask for your account access — and we never certify on your behalf, because the law (16 CFR 1110.7) makes you the certifier.
What you receive
CPC (or GCC) draft with all required certificate elements, each rule cited separately
Product Registry CSV in the official bulk-upload template — validated before delivery
Broker-ready sheet with your certificate's seven data elements
Your next periodic retest due date, written into the file
Free-fix guarantee: if your CSV is rejected because of a data error on our side, we fix it free.
Pricing
$79$59 per product LAUNCH OFFER — first 3 clients
One product, one certificate: CPC/GCC draft + Registry CSV + broker sheet. Delivered in 24 hours.

Two more deadlines are coming
January 8, 2027 — eFiling extends to Foreign Trade Zone entries. January 20, 2027 — eFiling extends to international mail shipments.
If your products arrive either way, your certificate data has to be ready before the goods are.
Questions
Are you a customs broker, a laboratory, or a law firm?
No. We prepare certificate data only — the same boundary the rule leaves open. Testing is done by your CPSC-accepted laboratory; certification is done by you, the importer of record; the ACE filing is done by your broker.
What do you need from me?
Your lab test reports and basic product information. If a value is missing, we ask you for it — we never invent certificate data.
How fast is delivery?
24 hours from complete documents for a single product.
My products are not children's products. Can you help?
Yes — general-use products need a GCC (General Certificate of Conformity) with the same eFiling data discipline. The free pre-check tells you which one applies.
What if my lab report is old?
CPSC expects CPC-scope testing at least once a year. The pre-check flags a report that is past its useful life before you pay for data work on it.
Scope, plainly: CPC FilePrep is a data-preparation service. We are not a customs
broker, testing laboratory, or law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. The importer of
record remains the certifier of every certificate, as 16 CFR 1110.7 requires. We do not
certify products, we do not file in ACE, and we never ask for your CPSC, Amazon, or customs
account credentials.
